## Intro Singkat dan Tentang Pekerjaan We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Site Controller** to support financial control and performance management across assigned manufacturing sites within our Waters operations. As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will partner closely with plant stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong governance over inventory and assets, and timely operational analysis. You will work closely with the Plant Controller to support financial decision-making and drive operational excellence across clustered manufacturing sites. ## Tentang Kandidat - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Costing, or Manufacturing Finance. - Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure in Finance or Accounting are welcome to apply. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. - Eager to learn manufacturing operations and develop business partnering capabilities. ## Tentang Kami, Penawaran Kami, dan Informasi Selanjutnya At **Danone Indonesia**, we bring health through food and drink to as many people as possible.
