You’ll handle daily property management tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with short-term rental or property operations experience who are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * * * ### Key Responsibilities - Manage guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, direct bookings) - Ensure timely, professional responses aligned with brand standards - Handle escalated guest issues via phone, email, or messaging - Proactively identify and resolve guest service gaps - Coordinate guest-related operational requests, including: - Pool heating requests - Guest special accommodations - Vendor coordination for cleaning and maintenance - Monitor supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs - Ensure listings are accurate and updated across all booking platforms - Process guest refunds accurately and promptly - Submit and track damage claims with insurance providers - Maintain and improve operational workflows and SOP compliance - Ensure consistent execution of property standards across all listings - Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements - Uphold high service standards and overall guest experience quality - Perform administrative support tasks including data entry, tracking, record maintenance, and report updates - Maintain organized documentation of guest concerns, resolutions, and operational activities ### Tools Experience with (or willingness to learn): - Guesty - Airbnb - Vrbo - Guesty Locks - Guesty Accounting - Slack - Google Docs and Gmail * * * ### Required Qualifications - 1+ year of property management or short-term rental experience - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams - Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High level of accountability and ownership Work-From-Home Requirements: - Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum - 100 Mbps internet - Backup device, internet, and power supply * * * ### Why Join SmartScale360?
