Short-Form Video Creator (Performance Contract) - Remote

**Engagement:** 1099 contractor. Performance-based. **Location:** Remote. ## A note from the founder Most professional services firms are still treating TikTok, Reels, and Shorts as a place where their interns post stock-footage memes. That is not a brand. That is filler. The firms that win the next decade on social are the ones that put real voices in front of real cameras and ship at cadence. We are looking for original video creators who can build TWF's short-form presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a performance role with a clear climb. Lower starter rates. Real upside on view milestones. ## What you would do - Produce 4-6 original short-form videos per week (60-90 sec, vertical, captioned) - Concept, shoot (often using TWF-supplied raw or self-recorded), edit, caption, publish - Originals - not clips.
