Heartland Traffic Services provides pavement marking and traffic control services throughout Kansas and Missouri. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated ***Pavement Marking Shop Loader*** to support our pavement marking teams. ***The Pavement Marking Shop Loader*** is responsible for loading pavement marking materials, equipment, and supplies onto trucks and trailers to support field operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. - Load and secure pavement marking materials, equipment, and supplies on trucks and trailers. - Safely Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment throughout the shop and yard. - Gather and organize paperwork for deliveries and field crews. - Maintain a clean and organized shop and yard, including sweeping and general housekeeping. - Fuel company vehicles and equipment. - Assist with inventory organization and material staging. - Follow all company safety policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** - Valid driver's license required; CDL not required. - Forklift experience preferred. - Strong work ethic and attention to detail. - Ability to lift 50–80 pounds on a regular basis. - Ability to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting demands is necessary. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
