These responsibilities include all shipping, receiving, security, and proper disposal of all aircraft parts and related materials. This position works directly with Repair, Material and AOG Coordinators to support daily shipping and receiving requirements. The position involves overseeing the shipment and tracking of materials; ensuring that materials are shipped on time, packaged properly and at the most cost-effective rate to meet the delivery schedule. This position will be responsible for tracking incoming and outbound shipments and resolving issues that may arise during the shipping / receiving process. **Essential Roles and Responsibilities:** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Track, ship, and expedite material to support critical aircraft requirements. Obtain multiple quotes for fiscal responsibility. - Code all shipments accurately to track business unit expenses and review shipping invoices to validate final invoicing is accurate. - Monitor loans, borrows, and exchanges to ensure they are shipped out expeditiously, while ensuring the paperwork for the cores meets contract return requirements. - Perform initial receiving of incoming materials. - Communicate order receiving discrepancies to the appropriate Buyer/Repair Coordinator for proper resolution. - Prioritize action of discrepancies required to support AOG or critical part requirements. - Determine best shipment method and track materials being shipped to outstations, COMAT, consignment inventory, and off-site storage facilities. - Ensure parts are handled and stored properly to prevent damage and contamination. - Perform shipping of all outgoing materials and ensuring compliance of paperwork retention, such as electronically filing shipping documents for all outgoing hazardous shipments. - Maintain electronic files with current revision of Safety Data Sheets (SDS). - Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receiving documentation, ensuring traceability for all transactions. - Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing…
