Shipping & Receiving Clerk

## Overview **FAIR-RITE PRODUCTS CORP. - LOCATED IN WALLKILL, NEW YORK 12589** **Come Join Our Team!** Shipping/Receiving Clerk must be able to perform at an entry level to pick, pack, and re-label product for shipping purposes. Assists in shipping the product out the door to our customers. Inventory is physically moved and recorded to maintain accurate records. **Days and Hours:** Monday to Friday, shift availalbe 7:30am -4:00pm **Benefits for Full Time Employees:** - Salary Range: $17.40/hr - $18.89/hr dependant on expereince - Medical, Dental and Vison insurance - 401(k) plan with Employer Match - Paid Vacation - Paid Sick Time - Employee Assistance Program ## Responsibilities **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Pick, pack, and re-label: Re-label and re-package orders per pick list - Understand CMS / ERP operations, written procedures, and screens required to perform duties - Transfer parts to internal teams as required - Unload and load trucks as needed - Assist with cycle counts - Assist with physical inventory as required - Perform material handling tasks - Other non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary - Follow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair-Rite is certified - Follow all O.S.H.A. standards and the F/R Safety Health Policy ## Qualifications **Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:** - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - 1 – 3 months on the job training and or experience related to Shipping and Receiving **Preferred Education / Experience Requirements:** - Vocational / Technical Education or Technical Training Certificate - 3 months on the job training and or experience in Shipping and Receiving **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos - Ability to follow written/verbal instructions - Requires attention to detail, accuracy is a must - Ability to operate CMS/ERP system effectively - Ability to use stairway ladder - Ability to operate forklift - Ability to operate R.F.
