Shipping & Receiving Associate - RideNow Peoria

**RideNow Powersports** is looking for a **Shipping & Receiving Associate** to join our growing team. ### **What You’ll Do:** - Receive, unpack, verify, and accurately log incoming shipments of parts and accessories - Ensure products are correctly stocked in designated bins and storage areas - Maintain and update the inventory system to reflect real-time data and accurate stock levels - Coordinate outbound shipments following specific carrier instructions (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) - Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts and reconciliations - Support parts counter and service team as needed - Assist with administrative tasks and general parts department operations as assigned ### **What We’re Looking For:** - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling) - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry - Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal - Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectively - Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred - Experience with inventory systems preferred - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. ### **Why RideNow?** - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance - Paid time off and vacation - Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and gear *All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.*
