Packer is provided list of products, retrieve the items needed from the inventory, visually ensure the produce meets quality standards, wrap, and pack in boxes for shipment. **Responsibilities:** - Packages assembled the product with correct labels. - Packages material according to customer and Quick Cable requirements to prevent damage during shipment. - Provides complete documentation for each order including data entry of required order information. - Observes all safety rules and regulations. - Uses step ladders to retrieve inventory off racking. - Reports unsafe acts to the supervisor. - Cleans and maintains work area. - Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team. **Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - 1 to 3 months of distribution and/or order processing experience preferred. - Ability to add and subtract, multiply, and divide. - Ability to perform operations using units of weight and length measurement. - Ability to accurately read and write in English and comprehend instructions, pick tickets and bills of material, and ability to complete written forms. - Proficient with basic computer data entry. - Requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Team-oriented.
