Shipping - DC Lead

Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately and on schedule. Receiving & Storing: Unload incoming shipments, verify packing slips against actual deliveries, and inspect for damage. Inventory Handling: Transport and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations using pallet jacks or hand trucks. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace free of debris, safely dispose of waste, and maintain safety and organization. Documentation: Use barcode scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and record logs Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly; ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Experience working in a warehouse in a leadership role. Experienced with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel. Forklift certified. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm Strengths: Communication – Employee will be working directly with their manager who is not onsite. Priorities may shift throughout the day, and responsiveness via teams or phone calls are vital. Attention to Detail – This is the most important quality we are looking for. Many of our part numbers are very similar. There might be one digit difference between two SKU’s, but those two SKU’s have a large difference in value. We need someone who can consistently process the correct part numbers with minimal mistakes. Reliable – Consistently shows up everyday ready to work. If they need to miss work, that needs to be communicated with their supervisor.
