Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness. May convert data from one electronic system to another. Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures. May work with stand alone data systems or enterprise wide tools supporting activities such as marketing lead tracking, fulfillment, manufacturing, and equipment maintenance or materials transactions. **Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:** - Type shipping details from paper or digital files into our systems (Oracle). - Create Commercial Invoices and file documents through the AES system for global orders. - Manage filing, find "Proof of Delivery" documents, and write simple memos. - Use Excel to keep track of shipping tasks and schedules. - Handle invoicing and other shipping tasks using our main software. **Education and Experience:** - At least 5 years of experience working with international shipments. - Experience using Oracle is a big plus. MS Office basic skills in Excel and Word. - You should understand how international shipping works and how to file the required paperwork. - Ability to spot mistakes and keep organized files. Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Range(annual): $47,840 - $56,160 ($23 - $27 / hour) Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
