You are contributing to world‑class operational performance by maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes that directly impact customer satisfaction, production efficiency, and on time delivery. As a **Shipping Associate**, you will be responsible for - Performing quality and accuracy checks on incoming and outgoing materials - Completing documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions - Receiving finished products and assemblies from production and preparing them for delivery - Picking, packing, and labeling materials, components, and equipment for shipment - Preparing kits for production orders and subcontracted supplier parts - Conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels - Ensuring proper storage, preservation, and organization of materials - Coordinating with internal teams to support production and customer delivery schedules **Fuel Your Passion** To be successful in this role you will: - You have a High School Diploma or equivalent - You have demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or related work - You have the ability to read and interpret work instructions, correspondence, and shipping documents - You have proficiency in software systems such as Outlook, SAP, and Microsoft Office - You have the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs - You have strong teamwork and communication skills - You have the ability to perform well in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment with cross‑training requirements **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
