Essential Accountabilities: The position incumbent ensures, that Shipping Responsibilities: - Sends accurate and timely ASNs - Schedules customer shipments based on customer directives, and distributes as needed to internal and external teams - Creates scheduled pick up sheets for customer shipments - Creates accurate shipment paperwork necessary for customers and locations, including: shippers, BOL, and customs - Creates labels for shipments per customer requirements - Monitors truck log to ensure accurate window times - Coordinates with other shipping representatives to ensure timely call in of trucks - Troubleshoots and corrects errors on shippers/invoices to ensure that inventory and billing are correct - Creates and processes RMA’s Receiving Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and sign for all material and packages coming into the building - Match the parts received to the packing slip and PO - Verify the part numbers on the PO match the part numbers on the packing slip - Process the PO on the computer using SAP - Process Customer Returns using SAP - Make sure the parts and bin boxes are in the proper order with labels, and it is easy to read the part numbers - Work with the planners on parts that are running low and need to be ordered, and in order to maintain appropriate inventory levels - Work with daily cycle counters to reconcile receipt issues Secondary Accountabilities: The position incumbent ensures, that - Updates and maintains daily reports from SAP, and distributes as needed - Creates a daily list of what can be boxed for service - Performs layered audits Other duties as assigned
