Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3

As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing shipping and receiving operations to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of materials and products. Your expertise will support the supply chain processes within the organization, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and timely delivery of goods. You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring that shipments and receipts are processed accurately and promptly, supporting operational continuity and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of materials. - Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers to facilitate smooth logistics operations. - Maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts, ensuring inventory data integrity. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipping and receiving documentation. - Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to shipping and receiving.
