Shift Supervisor

## Overview Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis. ## Responsibilities Job Duties: - Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate - May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management - May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management - May represent management in resolving customer service issues - Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs - Perform other duties as assigned ## Qualifications Education: - Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED - Preferred: AS Degree or Higher Experience: - Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position Special Conditions of Employment: - Drug test - Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring - Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position **Compensation:** $17.00-18.50 per hour The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
