You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift. ## What We’re Looking For - 18+ years old - High School Diploma (or equivalent) required - Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred - Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift - Available evenings and weekends - Strong communication and team leadership skills - Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused - Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies - Must pass a background check ## Growth Opportunity Many of our Managers started as Shift Leaders.
