Be You.** **Join our dynamic team at ModWash, where our mission is to deliver a legendary car wash experience while helping customers keep their vehicles clean all year-round!** **Key Holders** are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location with opening and closing site responsibilities. You’ll work as a team to **drive membership sales** while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs. **What you’ll do**: - Deliver mind blowing **customer service**. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude. - Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships. - Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options. - Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. - Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals. - Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
