Jimmy John’s is hiring energetic and reliable Shift Leads to help lead our fast-paced restaurant team! In this role, you will support daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service. We are looking for strong leaders who thrive in high-energy environments, lead by example, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and support team members during assigned shifts - Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service and accurate orders - Help maintain Jimmy John’s standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness - Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift operations - Train and coach team members on company procedures and service expectations - Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity during busy periods - Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards - Help maintain inventory, stocking, and overall restaurant organization - Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently - Support management with daily operational goals and team development - Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred - Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic - Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed - Competitive weekly pay - Flexible scheduling - Opportunities for growth and advancement - Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment - Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members - Paid time off for eligible employees
