## **Shift Lead #105** ## **Job Description**: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Lead to join our team in **Pecos, TX**. The Shift Lead will oversee daily operations during their shift, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting team members to achieve operational goals. ## **Key Responsibilities**: - Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during assigned shifts. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns promptly. - Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring new and existing staff. - Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Prepare and submit shift reports and communicate important information to management. - Support team members in meeting performance and productivity goals. **Starting Pay**: - $17.00 per hour ## **Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are advantageous. ### **Requirements**: - 2+ years in a leadership or management position
