Please apply only if you are confident in your technical abilities and hands-on experience. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. - Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate. - Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions). - Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-scope pollution. - Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers. - Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation that simplify how users request services and ensure each request is routed, approved, and executed reliably end-to-end. - Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences using widgets and AngularJS. - Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data quality improvements. - Implement…
