In this role, you’ll use your expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and SPM/ITBM to translate business needs into practical, scalable platform solutions. You’ll configure workflows, support integrations, test enhancements, and partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve processes, strengthen the user experience, and align with established platform standards. While this role may involve customization when needed, the focus will be on maximizing ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box capabilities whenever possible. **Position Type:** Full-Time (40 hours/week).
