The role focuses on scheduling, mobile capabilities, and inventory management to enhance field technician performance. **Key Responsibilities** Administer the ServiceNow FSM platform including upgrades and daily operations Configure and support Dispatcher Workspace for efficient task allocation Optimize Mobile Agent app for field technicians and offline use Manage work orders, assignment rules, and core data models Configure inventory and parts management functionalities **Mandatory Skills** Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience Experience with dynamic scheduling and map integrations Strong knowledge of mobile workflows, dispatcher workspace, and inventory management **Nice‑to‑Have Skills** Experience with utilities or enterprise‑scale environments Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and integrations
