**Powersports Service Technicians – All Skill Levels Welcome!** **RideNow Powersports Huntsville** is looking for driven and detail-oriented **Service Technicians** at all experience levels to join our growing team. ### **Why Join RideNow?** - Flexible pay structure: $18-$50 per flag hour or hourly based on experience & certifications - Relocation assistance for qualified applicants - Paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and clear paths to level up - Facilities equipped with OEM-required specialty tools ### **What You’ll Do:** - Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level - Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe - Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility) - Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work - Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us) ### **Who We're Looking For:** We’re hiring **A, B, and entry-level C Techs**—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit: - Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience - 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn - OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required) - Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred) - Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides) - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs - Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. - Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties. ### **Why Join RideNow?** - Hourly or Flat Rate depending on experience level ($18-$50) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance - Employee discounts *All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background check and MVR.*
