Service Technician

If you’re looking to join a company that treats you like family and invests in your future, we’d love to have you on board! **Benefits** - Competitive pay at $28-$45/hr with bonuses - Health insurance- Company contributes a portion to cost - Dental, Vision, Assurity, and LifeLock insurance options available - Paid Life Insurance - 401(k) with company matching - Paid Time-Off - Family owned and operated - Positive work environment **Responsibilities** - Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. - Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues. - Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and air conditioning. - Communicate findings and recommended repairs with the Service Advisor, including estimated completion times for additional work. - Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications while ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency. **Qualifications** - ASE certifications preferred but not required - Strong automotive background - Strong teamwork skills - Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check - Must have clean & valid driver's license
