Service Supervisor - Pest Control Supervisor License Required

**Service Supervisor – Lead a Team, Stay Hands-On (Must have experience)** If you have pest control experience and are ready to step into leadership without losing the hands-on part of the job, this could be the right move for you. Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is growing and looking for a Service Supervisor to help lead daily operations, support technicians, and maintain high service standards. **In This Role, You Will:** - Lead a team of Service Professionals and set the tone for performance - Provide coaching, support, and accountability - Manage scheduling, routing, and daily coverage needs - Step into the field when needed for inspections and treatments - Solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly - Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance standards are met **What Makes You a Fit** - Pest control experience is required - 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience - Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills - Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Clear and professional communication skills - Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems - Safe driver with a valid driver’s license and strong driving record **Physical Requirements:** - Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day - Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions **Licenses:** - Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations) **Screening Requirements:** - Background check - Drug screening (excluding Marijuana/THC as allowed by law) **What You'll Get** **Braman offers a strong compensation package and a supportive team environment:** - Competitive salary: $55K–$65K - Bonus incentives - Weekly pay - Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) - 401(k) with match - Paid training + licensing support - Company vehicle and phone after certification - Long-term growth opportunities ***Why Braman?*** *Braman is a fourth-generation, family-owned company with over 135 years of history.
