Position:Service Specialist I Location: London, KY Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (rotating on-call) THE POSITION: Establishes and maintains effective relationships with the patients, families and caregivers as well as all PHS employees. Schedules and makes deliveries to patients� homes in a timely manner. Confirms delivery and reports potentially unsafe conditions. Performs and instructs the initial set-up of oxygen and some DME. Performs data entry functions to log customer visits, conversations and follow-ups. Coordinates regular maintenance service to company vehicles. Assists with warehouse duties and equipment processing as needed. Manages time efficiently and be competent in estimating drive times.
