JOB SUMMARY: This position requires availability to support business operations Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST, and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. Saturday availability is required as a condition of this role, and assigned schedules may vary based on business needs.
