Our Service Center is open Monday –Thursday 7 am to 7 pm and Friday 7 am to 5 pm. Essential Functions: Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans Process Medical/Dental Claims Ability to learn/retain large amounts of technical information Navigate multiple record keeping systems What We're Looking For: Strong communication (verbal and written) skills The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail Ability to work with customers of diverse background and dispositions Preferred Licensed in Life and Health, or obtain within 180 days of employment (paid study time) Experience Prior customer service experience Medical or call center experience is a plus Full-Time Benefits - Most benefits start day 1 Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Flex Spending or HSA 401(k) with company match Profit-Sharing/Defined Contribution (1-year waiting period) PTO/Paid Holidays Company-paid ST and LT Disability Maternity Leave/Parental Leave Subsidized Parking Company-paid Term Life/Accidental Death Insurance About SISCO: SISCO was established in 1980 as a boutique third-party administrator dedicated to the administration of unique, complex plan designs.
