Learn more about us: https://navercorp.vn/ Your daily task: Act as the key contact point for project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress updates. Manage project scope, timeline, and quality. Organize and facilitate project meetings (daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, reviews, retrospectives, etc.). Oversee project team performance, manage workload, and assess team capacity. Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track. Resolve conflicts and remove blockers during project execution. Ensure all deliverables meet technical and business requirements. Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English/Vietnamese. Support communication between Korean leaders and the development team to ensure effective collaboration. Your qualifications: Korean: TOPIK 5 + Proficient in Korean (both written and spoken) English: Business level Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in the IT field Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Proactive, responsible, and positive mindset Nice to have: Korean: TOPIK 6 Experience working with Korean clients Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile – Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Relevant certifications (PMP, PSM, PSPO, etc.) From solid welfare programs to autonomy over working time and place, we create the culture in which we work.
