This leader develops and executes the vision for patient care delivery across OHNS, working collaboratively with physicians, program leaders, and hospital executives to strengthen service line performance and enhance the patient experience. The Service Line Administrator is responsible for driving market growth and expanding the reach of OHNS services through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and innovative care delivery models. By fostering collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative teams, this leader advances initiatives that improve patient outcomes, efficiency, access, and value.
