Service Foreman

We are looking for a **Foreman** with commercial roofing experience. ### Key Responsibilities - Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred. - Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred). - Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards. - Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts. - Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members. ### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required. - Ability to communicate professionally and effectively - Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones ### Benefits - Work equipment including company phone, company vehicle, all tools and material included - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Pet Insurance - Short Term Disability - Employer-matched 401(k) - Paid Time Off - Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA) & (FSA) - Enterprise Discounts
