**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Work with team members to ship all necessities to complete our houses at the job site - Ensure packing list is complete - Check with pull out team to ensure they have stocked and have no questions - Calculate siding, shingles and other material to determine what is needed - Work in a safe manner and follow safety policies while performing job duties - Performs various other job duties as assigned and needed - Assist Warranty and Service with builder issues and resolving the complaint or problem - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Help management to create spreadsheets and power points - Occasional visits to house sets - Maintain a good attendance record **QUALIFICATION:** - High School Diploma - Excellent Math skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point) - Experience in construction a plus but not necessary - Knowledge of construction material preferred if possible - Willing to learn and go above your requirement - Able to prioritize work activities and use of time efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management skills
