Amazing Culture, Thriving Company, Terrific Opportunity. ***For more information on who we are and what we do, please visit our website at www.mhequipment.com.*** ## Requirements **Job Summary:** As a Service Coordinator, you'll assist the branch with necessary administrative duties, as well as perform all posting, tracking and billing functions for the Service Department. **Job Responsibilities:** - Answer incoming calls. - Typing of customer service and sales quotes. - Manage the Fleet App, taking care of miscellaneous work orders in system, taking ownership in the PM portion of managing and scheduling PM’s. - Managing and scheduling all rental PM’s. - Dispatching of technicians and directing calls as need to the rest of the branch. - Put together service quotes, manage the quotes in MSP and follow up on quotes that are not approved. - Follow all policies and procedures. - Perform all other duties assigned. - Tracking rental fleet. - Daily service reports. - Timecard entry. - Warranty and fleet claims entry. - Assist with maintaining office supplies. - Invoicing. - Making arrangements for service schooling. - Maintain rental and used truck inventory. - Communicate with service manager and sales. **Job Requirements:** - Professional and courteous customer relations skills and phone etiquette. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to cope with pressure, multiple projects and frequent interruptions. - Knowledge of computer software such as Windows and Microsoft Office. - Proficient verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work well with others in a team environment. - Regular and prompt attendance. - Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job per the attached document. - Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation. **Working Conditions:** Hours will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
