Service Car Runner

**Summary:** Due to an increase in business we are looking to add Full Time and Part Time Service Car Runners to our Service Department at New Brighton Ford . No experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have good Customer Service skills, a clean driving record and like to be around all types of vehicles, this job is for you! We have flexible schedules available. $15.00 - $19.00 per hour **What We Offer** - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - 401K Plan - Paid time off and vacation - Growth opportunities - Paid Training - Potential Employee vehicle purchase plans - Health and wellness - Discounts on products and services **Responsibilities** - Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner. - Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays. - Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel. - Run errands for the dealership as directed. - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times. - Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations. - Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations. - Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point. - Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance. **Qualifications** - High School graduate or equivalent - Valid driver's license - Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record - Good interpersonal skills - Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals - Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills - Professional appearance and work ethic - Positive outlook with a high-energy personality **Hours** - Monday-Friday hours are available!
