Join our passionate team in Whiteland, IN, and help keep our customers happy, informed, and back on the road in no time! ## Responsibilities - Greet customers with a smile and a can-do attitude when they come in for service. - Listen carefully to understand the customer's needs and concerns about their powersports vehicles. - Work closely with the service technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. - Provide clear, honest estimates and keep customers updated throughout the service process. - Schedule appointments and manage service workflow to keep things running smoothly. - Handle paperwork, process payments, and maintain accurate service records. - Deliver exceptional customer service that builds lasting relationships and loyalty. ## Requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers. - A passion for powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, or similar vehicles is a huge plus! - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in customer service or automotive/powersports industry preferred. - Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a fun, hardworking team. ## Benefits - Competitive pay at $14.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. - Work in a friendly, supportive environment in Whiteland, IN. - Opportunities to learn and grow within the powersports industry. - Team events and a positive company culture that values your input. ## About the Company TW Powersports South is your go-to destination for all things powersports in Whiteland, Indiana.
