Service Advisor Assistant

**The Uftring Auto Group is hiring for our award-winning service team!** **We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!** **** **The Service Drive Assistant is a front-line position that will interact with guests, advisors, managers and technicians.** **** **PAY DEPENDS UPON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $20.00 - $23.00 PER HOUR.** **** **BE OUR NEXT SUCCESS STORY!** The Uftring Auto Group values its team members and is committed to their success by ensuring that they have the resources and opportunities to gain experience with us! **** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Greet and assist customers - Perform walk around inspections - Communicate with customers to determine needs - Verify correct customer information - Perform handoff of customer to appropriate Service Advisor - Answer phone calls and set appointments - Create loaner vehicle contracts for customers - Perform loaner vehicle check in & out process - Manage Detail/ Simoniz vehicles.
