The Grove, Pizza Cucina & Wine Bar in Hobe Sound, FL is looking for experienced servers/waitstaff with wine knowledge to join our team. We are an award-winning brand in a family setting, dedicated to a Fresh Twist on Italian and excellence in hospitality, service, standards and food quality. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Our team is attentive, punctual, enthusiastic, fun, hard-working and comprised of team players. Responsibilities - Setting the table - Presenting the menu and helping customers select food - Delivering food to tables - Providing excellence in attentive guest service. - Delivering a great customer experience - Nightly sales reporting checkouts. - Light cleaning duties. Qualifications - Ability to listen and communicate effectively - Able to multitask efficiently - Strong organizational skills - Experience as a wine-versed Server or Sommelier a plus This is an hourly, tipped position. Actual income varies. The dynamic duo of Jen and Luis Reyneri met over 20 years ago in Orlando, Florida. Since then, the hospitality industry has taken the Reyneri family, including their two sons, all over the world including a year abroad in Europe studying food and wine. When the Reyneris leaves in Italy, their Tuscan summer villa had peach and olive groves to the East and lemon groves flanked with vineyards to the west.
