Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings make guests feel unique and valued. **Job Responsibilities:** - Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service - Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go above and beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction. - Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way - Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System - Understand all reservations systems and iPad systems for seating charts - Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods - Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods - Follow brand policies, procedures and service standards - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage - Follow hotel time and attendance policy - Follow grooming and attire guidelines - Must be available to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, evenings and weekends - Other duties as assigned ## Qualifications **Qualifications** - Previous experience as a Server in high volume food and beverage operation - Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation - Previous point of sale system experience - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities - Highly responsible & reliable - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment - Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team - Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times - Ability to speak, read and write in English - Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays **Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):** - Constant standing and walking throughout shift - Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs - Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting ## Additional Information **Additional Information** **Salary expectations:** $13.66 , tip eligible position. **Visa Requirements:** Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States. **Employee Benefits:** Join our team and enjoy a range of exclusive colleague perks, including complimentary upgrades, extended stays, discounted stays across Fairmont & Raffles properties, special dining and wellnes…
