## Description **General Purpose of the Job:** The Mexican Server will create a memorable dining experience in a high-energy luxurious restaurant. Servers will work in fast-paced, service driven atmosphere while serving the best Northern Mexican cuisine. They will have an opportunity to host an unforgettable party with a management team that is service driven and develops a team to their fullest potential. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** The duties and responsibilities of The Mexican Team Member include, but are not limited to: - Greet all guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant with an upbeat, friendly manner - Demonstrate a fun welcoming attitude and effectively work as a team to ensure the highest level of service for all guests. - Follow company guidelines for serving alcoholic beverages according to TABC regulations. - Ensure all guests thoroughly enjoy The Mexican experience by providing an enjoyable and genuinely fun atmosphere while upholding a professional attitude. - Assists restaurant staff as needed in providing an outstanding dining experience. - Maintain a neat and organized work areas. - Accomplished all opening, running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next shift. - Maintain his/her work area in a clean, neat, and free of clutter. **Requirements:** - 2-3 years of fine dining experience in an upscale dining environment. - Flexible schedule with weekend, holidays, and evening availability. - Teamwork oriented, fun, energetic, friendly, and passionate. - Proficient knowledge of spirits and steaks. - Must attend and successfully complete orientation, and Team Member training program prior to working a shift. - Must review and abide by all company policies and procedures as outlined. - Must successfully attend, complete and maintain all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications. **** **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are the representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
