OHM Team Members can sign up for earned wage access through DailyPay on day one!*** **Now Hiring: Server** **Location:** **BigShots Golf, Fort Worth** **Essential Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests promptly. - Offer menu suggestions and answer questions with knowledgeable advice. - Ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor laws. - Accurately take and serve food/drink orders, ensuring guest satisfaction. - Attend to guests' needs, including bussing and resetting tables. - Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads. - Process payments and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience. **Skills & Abilities:** - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude. **Education & Experience:** - Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience. - Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol. **Hours:** - Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays. **Physical Requirements:** - Light work with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. - Requires standing and walking for extended periods. **Work Conditions:** - Primarily indoor environment. *O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, is an equal opportunity employer.
