In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. You’ll interact directly with residents, families, and coworkers, helping to foster a welcoming and positive community. **What You’ll Do** - Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met - Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment - Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards - Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment - Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy - Perform other duties as assigned **What We’re Looking For** - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Experience in food service preferred - Ability to obtain/hold any local, state, or county food handling/sanitation licenses as required - Must pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks - Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly - Strong communication and organizational skills - Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor - Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure Join Milestone to create exceptional dining experiences, support a collaborative team, and positively impact the lives of our residents every day. **Milestone is an equal opportunity employer.** We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. * * *
