This position is responsible for providing attentive, professional, and courteous service while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate understands and upholds the standards of a luxury residential community, demonstrates a polished demeanor, and takes pride in exceeding guest expectations. * * * ### **Key Responsibilities** - Greet and seat guests in a courteous, professional manner - Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items and preparation - Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system - Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met - Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns promptly and professionally - Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery - Process payments accurately and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations - Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines * * * ### **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required - **Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and management** - Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence - Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment - Professional appearance and demeanor - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * * * ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in a fast-paced restaurant, club, or hospitality environment - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems * * * ### **Work Environment** This position operates in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to established service standards. * * * ### **Equal Opportunity Employer** Gulf Bay Group of Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
