Our mission is to create exceptional entertainment experiences where families, friends, and communities come together. **Job Description** As a Server at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will play a key role in providing outstanding dine-in experience to our guests. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience. **Job Responsibilities** - Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and attentive dine-in experience. - Assist guests with menu selections and offer recommendations. - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest tables throughout the dine-in experience. - Clear empty dishes, refill drinks, and provide additional items as requested. - Promote additional menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. - Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit card, or other payment methods. - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. - Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. - Maintain cleanliness of the dine-in area and server stations. - Assist with closing duties, including restocking supplies, cleaning. - Other tasks as requested. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal communication skills - High guest satisfaction expectations and focus - Able to take direction and work together as a team - Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused **Education & Experience** - HS Diploma or GED Certification - Must be at least 18 years of age - Food Handler’s and state alcohol certification - Previous experience preferred - Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times **Physical Requirements** - Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. - Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions. **Team Member Benefits** - Competitive Pay and Growth - Team Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!
