Ignite Visibility, an award-winning US digital marketing agency is seeking a highly experience remote freelance SEO Specialist to join our team for a full-time temporary 12-16 weeks project. The Senior SEO Specialist is a supportive role for the SEO Managers and Strategists with the following responsibilities: Essential Functions Keyword research and keyword assignments Posting content to websites Optimizing page titles, descriptions, and other relevant tags Managing content writing and content calendars Reporting on traffic and rankings Coming up with blog and content ideas Internal communication between other departments Working on ad hoc tasks delegated by the SEO Manager Managing priorities, multitasking, and delivering high-quality work Helping out with all day-to-day projects Required Qualifications Must have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing Must have 2-3 years of experience in SEO Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Excellent time management skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Superior attention to detail Ability to work in and thrive in a fast-paced environment Integrity and professionalism Positive and upbeat attitude Core Competencies Demonstrated creative thinking and ability to come up with innovative marketing strategies Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities and manage projects to completion Prioritization and task management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to completion Creative, demonstrated creative thinking and ability to come up with innovative strategies Expert knowledge of digital marketing Expert knowledge of client management and building positive relationships Growth mindset, commitment to continuous improvement through adaptability, optimism, curiosity, and openness to feedback Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Collaborator and relationship builder Pro-active thinker and self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment Connect with team members in an effective matter Comfortable being on the phone and Zoom calls
