SEO Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts

***This role is remote and open to Latin America, Canada and Europe, working in EST*** We're the all-in-one agentic marketing platform, AI-native from day one. People keep trying to call us an agency. We're not one. We're agentic. The difference is the whole point: the work here runs on AI agents you build and direct, not on a room full of people doing it by hand. We're looking for someone to own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients and grow it, using agents to do the heavy lifting so you spend your time on strategy and relationships instead of busywork. If AI tools feel optional to you, this role will be a hard adjustment. ## **What you'll own** 1. Your own book of enterprise SEO clients. 2. Retention. You build the relationships and the reporting that make renewals obvious. 3. Strategy from the data. You read the numbers, spot the opening, and tell the client exactly what to do next. 4. The agents and workflows that run your accounts. Reporting, monitoring, recommendations. If it can be automated, you automate it. 5. The upsell before the client asks. You know their site well enough to see what's coming. ## **You'll thrive here if...** 1. **You know SEO.** Technical, on-page, algorithm shifts. **This is non-negotiable** 2. **You've already built something real with Claude Code:** and you'd rather build an agent than do the same task twice. 3. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move. 4. Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either. 5. You're an AI power user, not someone who's "open to learning it someday." 6. You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it. ## **What we're looking for** 1. 5+ years managing large-scale, enterprise-level SEO or digital marketing campaigns. 2. **Deep, hands-on SEO expertise.** Non-negotiable. You can't manage what you can't do yourself. 3. You've **built and shipped something with Claude Code**, and you're already working this way every day. Not curious about it. Already doing it. 4. Daily, fluent AI use across your actual work, not as a novelty on the side. 5. Strong written and verbal communication. You present results to enterprise clients and hold the room. 6. Remote, and comfortable running your book independently. ## **What working here actually looks like** High expectations. Real ownership. Things change fast and we don't apologize for it.
