SEO/CRO Project Manager

Our partner is looking for a SEO/CRO Project Manager based in India.** This role offers the opportunity to manage strategic SEO and conversion optimization initiatives for established digital brands. You will work at the intersection of strategy, marketing, technology, and project execution to transform growth opportunities into measurable results. Collaborating with strategists, creatives, analysts, developers, and client teams, you will ensure projects move smoothly from planning to implementation. The position combines client relationship management, process optimization, and digital marketing expertise. You will oversee multiple projects while maintaining clear communication, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and collaborative professional who enjoys turning digital strategies into successful outcomes in a remote environment. ### Accountabilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout optimization projects. - Partner with Senior Digital Strategists to execute long-term SEO and CRO strategies focused on measurable business growth. - Coordinate internal and external teams, including writers, editors, analysts, developers, and client stakeholders, to deliver optimization initiatives effectively. - Manage project timelines, task assignments, hourly budgets, priorities, and scope across multiple client accounts. - Oversee an average portfolio of several brands, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with strategic objectives. - Translate client requests and website improvement opportunities into actionable tasks that support broader optimization goals. - Keep teams informed, motivated, and aligned through effective project communication and collaboration. - Manage workflow processes and continuously improve centralized project management practices. - Support minor website updates and content changes through administrative platforms when needed. - Identify potential risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure successful delivery of SEO and CRO initiatives. ## **Requirements** - 5+ years of experience managing projects within the digital marketing industry. - Strong experience managing client relationships and communicating directly with external stakeholders. - Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and keep teams accountable. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively. - Professional-level writing skills with attention to style, tone, and editorial standards. - Experience working with digital marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization, or website improvement projects. - Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Teamwork, Slack, or similar platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset focused on achieving measurable results. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment. **Nice to have:** - Previous experience working in a digital agency environment, especially in SEO or CRO. - Basic web development knowledge, including HTML and CSS. - Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMS tools. - General understanding of web technologies, analytics, and digital optimization processes. ## **Benefits** - Competitive salary range of $75K–$90K. - Fully remote work opportunity with flexibility to work from anywhere. - 15 paid time off days plus additional volunteer time off. - 12 paid holidays, including a floating holiday and end-of-year PTO. - Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage. - Simple IRA retirement plan with employer matching cont…
