Lead the charge on cutting-edge SEO, CRO, and Web Analytics strategies for a portfolio of top-tier clients. Drive business growth by developing influential client relationships and spotting new opportunities to deliver amazing results. Collaborate with our Biddable Media and Adtech experts to create powerful, integrated digital campaigns. Mentor and inspire a rapidly growing team, guiding their careers and fostering a culture of excellence. Ideal Skills and Experience You’ll thrive in this role if you you’re a strategic and influential leader who loves to inspire a team and lives for delivering data-driven, best-in-class results. We’re also looking for; A seasoned pro with a strong background in SEO management and proven experience leading a team to success. An expert in crafting and delivering innovative SEO strategies, with a deep understanding of how it integrates with SEM. Mastery of industry-leading tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog. Exceptional client relationship and project management skills, with a knack for keeping everything on track. Confidence in financial scoping, a natural talent for upselling, and a passion for managing and developing your team's careers.
