We're looking for a senior specialist to build this channel from the ground up: vlogs and business educational content that people actually watch to the end. This is a hands-on filming and editing role, and it's creative, analytical, and strategic all at once. You know how to build a video around a hook and a payoff, how to keep people watching through the middle, and how to package a video, title, thumbnail, and opening line, so it earns the click it deserves. You back that creative instinct with data, watching how videos actually perform and using it to shape where the channel goes next, not just how the next video is cut.
