This role ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations while supporting project teams through the permitting process. The ideal candidate serves as a technical resource, maintains strong relationships with regulatory agencies, and helps facilitate timely project execution. ### Essential Responsibilities - Prepare, submit, and track permit applications and supporting documentation. - Coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, consultants, and internal project teams. - Monitor permit status and ensure compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements. - Research and interpret permitting regulations, policies, and guidelines. - Maintain organized records of permits, approvals, correspondence, and project documentation. - Assist with developing permitting strategies to support project schedules and objectives. - Identify potential permitting risks and recommend practical solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, as appropriate. - Participate in project meetings and communicate…
