About the role We are looking for a Senior videographer who will own end-to-end video production, from concept through final delivery, combining senior-level shooting and editing craft with proactive, direct stakeholder management. What you’ll get to do End-to-end video craft, personally shot and edited, not delegated or outsourced Stakeholder communication and timeline ownership for assigned projects and duo relationships Craft mentorship contribution within the pod Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects to studio craft standard Own timeline and stakeholder communication end-to-end for assigned work, proactively flagging risk before deadlines slip. Bring fresh creative and format ideas and contribute to raising production craft standards across the studio's production output. To succeed in this role, we think you should have 4-6+ years in video production, with a reel demonstrating work that is both self-shot and self-edited. Demonstrated, provable track record of direct, proactive stakeholder management, including under delivery pressure. Strong storytelling instinct across formats: documentary, talking-head, event, and executive content. Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability in a small production team.
