We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Corporate Trust – Conventional Debt team. This role is located in New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - This role contributes to the development and execution of Corporate Trust’s Conventional Debt product strategy, supporting the Product Head. The SVP provides strategic guidance across Product/Platform, helping shape product vision, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market direction for products with meaningful business impact. - Serve as a thought leader across the product organization, partnering with Product Heads, SVP Product Managers, and Directors to influence product direction, strengthen strategic alignment, and ensure consistent execution of product strategy. - Provide strategic oversight and input into multiple pod-level backlogs, guiding prioritization and ensuring alignment to broader product objectives, while empowering Product Owners to manage day-to-day execution. - Support the aggregation and transparency of product-related risks, contributing to a holistic view of risk across Product/Platform and advising on mitigation strategies and remediation efforts. - Influence prioritization decisions by incorporating market intelligence, client needs, and financial considerations, ensuring product investments align with business objectives and growth opportunities. - Collaborate across Product/Platform leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Risk, Operations, Technology) to share progress, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement in product strategy and delivery. - Act as a senior escalation point for complex product issues, providing guidance and decision support on strategic risks, trade-offs, and critical initiatives.
